| Active Consultant |
A Consultant who has met the minimum PV purchase
requirements during a given period (has ordered and paid for a minimum
of 100 QV points monthly). |
| Active Customer |
A Customer who has placed and paid for a commissionable
order during a given commission period. |
| Consultant |
Person who has signed up and paid the
$49 signup fee. They can sponsor, participate in the commission plan,
and will be purchasing products. |
| Commission Date |
The date on which an order will be commissionable.
Commissions will only be paid on orders that are paid in full. |
| Compression |
When paying bonuses if the person next
in line to get paid is not qualified the system will skip them and try
to pay what that person should have received until it finds someone
qualified for the bonus or it hits the top of tree.
For example, if A sponsors B who Sponsors C who Sponsors D who
sponsors E. And E places an order worth 100 CV. If the system was
going to pay commission to the first 3 people in the upline with
compression, and B is not qualified for this, then D will get paid, C
will get paid, and A will get paid because B could not. In this
example if B had been eligible then A would not have been paid. |
| CV |
Commission Volume or CV - Each item will have a
commission payout volume, in points, that will be used to track the
personal volume for the purchasing Consultant. The amount will be used
to calculate monthly commission for the Consultant's sponsor. One
dollar US is equal to one Point of CV and must be rounded to whole
numbers. |
| Downline |
Those people directly sponsored by a
Consultant, plus all the people whose line of sponsorship resulted
from and came through that Consultant. |
| Frontline |
Those people directly sponsored by a Consultant. |
| Generation |
All the Consultants between and
including a specific qualified pearl level or above and the next
Downline Consultant qualified at that level. The generation begins at
the 1st compressed Commission level and is considered to be all
Consultants in the Consultants' Downline from 1st compressed level
down to but not including the 1st Consultant qualified at that level. |
| Leadership Bonus |
A bonus paid on Pearls and above on their generations of
other Pearls and above. |
| Leg |
A leg is a single branch of a person's
Downline (see definition: Downline) in the placement tree. |
| Level |
A Consultant is on level 0 to himself, level 1 to his
sponsor, level 2 to his sponsor's sponsor, and so on. Sometimes the
level calculations will be based on compression (see definition:
compression) in which case a Consultant could be at an actual level of
50 but compressed could be at level 3. |
| Paid As Rank |
The rank at which a Consultant is paid
at for any given Month. |
| Preferred Customer |
Customer who only purchases product. They cannot
sponsor, cannot participate in the commission plan, but will be
purchasing products. |
| Personally Sponsored
Consultants/Customers (PSC/C) |
Group of all Personally Sponsored
Consultants and Preferred Customers |
| PGV |
PV of all PSC/C in the Generation up to the next
qualified pearl or above. |
| PV |
Personal Volume - This is the total QV purchased by a
Consultant under his own ID number. Personal Volume does NOT include
your Preferred Customer's QV. |
| Personally Sponsored |
The Sponsor (see definition: Sponsor) who brings a
Consultant into the Company, is said to have personally sponsored that
Consultant. |
| QV |
Qualifying Volume or QV - Each item will have a
qualification value that will be used to fulfill the qualification
requirements. This amount will be used in all qualification
requirements. When someone places an order the QV of that order will
be used for qualification during the month it was placed. |
| Rank |
The highest level a consultant has ever achieved. |
| Sponsor |
The person who is directly above a person in their
upline in the placement tree (see definition: upline.) |
| Tree |
Placement of people within the organization. |
| Upline |
A Consultant's upline starts with their sponsor (see
definition: Sponsor) and then his sponsor, and his sponsor's sponsor,
etc all the way up to the Top-of-Tree. |
