Our products combined with our straightforward and fair compensation plan, provides the foundation for a long-term, lucrative business.
URI International Membership:
A lifetime URI Membership requires only the purchase of our Member Kit. There is never a renewal fee, and once you join you will remain a Member for life, as long as you generate at least $40PV every six months. As a URI Member, you are eligible to participate in our generous compensation program. Additionally, at the time of sign-up only, you will receive up to a 15% discount on one of our URI sign-up packs as well as specially selected URI Products that can be added to your purchase at the time of sign-up. You will also receive up to a 10% discount on selected URI products that are purchased through our Autoship or Backup Autoship program.
URI INTERNATIONAL COMPENSATION PLAN
The URI Compensation Plan provides immediate income potential for our beginning Members as well as significant income for the serious business builder. Our innovative Compensation Plan has true dynamic compression and infinity bonuses, in which the volume does not break away. It is designed to motivate and enable every Member who chooses to refer others to URI Products and the URI Business Opportunity to be fairly compensated. The qualification requirements of each successive Rank are designed to be well within reach of every Member's ability, and allow our Members to earn commissions from deep within their downline through a series of small, incremental accomplishments. These steps allow average people the ability to earn above average income if they work at it.
The URI Compensation Plan pays our Members a true 50% of the company GV and consists of 11 Ranks. For all Ranks, the eligibility requirement to earn a monthly commission is a minimum of $40PV in the commission month. As shown in the accompanying illustration, the Compensation Plan is composed of four elements.
Fast Start Bonus:
Fast Start Bonuses are paid weekly. When a new Member makes a product purchase at the time of sign-up, the Sponsor receives a 20% Fast Start Bonus on the purchase PV. There are no requirements for the Sponsor to qualify for the 20% Fast Start Bonus.
As the Members you refer to the company begin to share the URI Products and opportunity with others and sign-up new Members, you will receive a 3% Fast Start Bonus on your Levels 2 – 8. The Fast Start Bonus is based on the PV of the new Members sign-up product purchase. Fast Start Bonus also applies to new Customers when they make their first URI product purchase. To qualify for the 3% Fast Start Bonus, you must have generated a minimum of $40PV within 42 days preceding the end of the Fast Start Commission Week. The easiest way to do this is with a monthly Autoship or Backup Autoship. If you do not qualify, the 3% Fast Start Bonus is dynamically compressed and will be paid to the next qualified upline Member.
The Fast Start Bonus is the only commission paid on a new Member's initial sign-up purchase or a Customers initial purchase.
Basic Uni-Level Infinity Commissions:
At the Member Rank, you will receive a 6% commission on each of your Levels 1 – 3. The Member Rank has no GV requirements.
Cascading Leadership Infinity Commissions:
As shown in the illustration, the ten cascading Leadership Infinity Commissions include the Ranks of Bronze through Double Diamond.
There are two Ranks within each Level, for example Bronze & Double Bronze, Silver & Double Silver, etc., for a total of five Levels consisting of ten Ranks. Beginning on your 4th downline Level, each Rank increases your Uni-Level and Infinity Bonus by 3%. The qualifications to achieve each Rank are determined by your total dynamic compressed GV in 7 Levels. The sales volume requirements are limited to 7 Levels with a maximum GV from each Leg (see illustration).
The Infinity Bonus is paid at your qualifying Rank on all Members of your downline until it reaches a Member who is qualified at your Rank or above. Because there are no break-aways, you will always be paid your Uni-Level Commissions on your 1 - 8 Levels, according to the Rank you are qualified for. For example, if you have achieved the Gold Rank, you will receive 6% on the volume from your first 6 Levels and 3% on your 7th Level, even if you have another qualified Gold Member on your 1st Level.
Super Achievers Bonus Pool:
To reward our Members who have achieved the Diamond Rank or above, the URI Compensation Plan also includes the opportunity for you to receive 1 to 3 Shares in our Super Achievers Bonus Pool. The Bonus Pool is based on 2% of the total Company GV. The Bonus Pool is paid quarterly at your lowest qualified Rank during that quarter. The Super Achievers Bonus Pool is available to qualified Diamonds and Double Diamonds who meet the GV requirements as shown in the illustration.
Glossary of Terms:
Infinity: Infinity means that you are paid on all Members of you downline until it reaches a Member who is qualified at your Rank or above.
PV (Personal Volume): The commissionable amount of personal product purchase.
GV (Group Volume): The total PV of your downline.
Downline: All of the Members below you.
Dynamic Compression: Also called Roll Up. A feature that enables the company to pay out a true 50% in commissions. If a Member is not qualified to receive a commission, the commission will be paid to the next upline qualified Member. For example, if someone in your 3rd Level makes a purchase and your Levels 1 & 2 do not, the Level 3 PV is compressed up and is regarded as you 1st Level for that commissionable month.
Rank: For example: Member, Bronze, Double Bronze.
Leg: The downline of any of your first Level Members.
